Gang RP Server List

The GTA 6 gang RP server list collects communities centred on organised crime - crew hierarchy, turf wars, illicit economies, and the criminal underworld of the best RP cities. Every server is verified for moderation quality and balanced gang/civilian/police representation.

The GTA 6 gang RP server list centres on organised crime. Turf wars, crew hierarchy, illicit economies (drug routes, weapon trafficking, protection rackets), and the conflicts between rival crews drive most of the gameplay. The city is built so the underworld is the main story, with police RP as the counterweight. For organised crew operations specifically, see heist servers.

Gang RP only works when the server enforces meaningful conflict resolution. Random gang killings without RP lead-up turn the city into a deathmatch. Quality gang RP servers require IC justification before any combat, mandate medical RP for downed players, and use admin-mediated 'crew war' frameworks for organised conflict. Most run on the same whitelist application model as the wider roleplay scene.

How crew structure usually works

Most gang RP servers cap crew size between 8 and 20 active members, with internal hierarchy (boss, underboss, lieutenants, soldiers, associates). Crews must apply for official recognition, which unlocks shared safehouses, gang stash, and territory claims. Crews that accept everyone who walks through the door rarely last.

Surviving as a new gang RP player

Don't try to start your own crew on day one. Join an established crew as an associate, prove you can RP and follow orders, and earn your way up. Established crews have territory, contacts, and political relationships that a lone-wolf player has no access to. The fastest way to wash out is skipping this step and trying to act like a boss your first week.

Gang RP FAQ

What is gang RP in GTA 6?

Roleplay centred on organised crime. Crew hierarchy, turf wars, illicit economies (drugs, weapons, protection), and the conflicts between rival crews. Combat-heavier than a balanced civilian city, but the heart is politics not shooting.

Can I start my own gang on a gang RP server?

Eventually, yes. Most servers require an established gang application with a minimum number of active founding members and a written backstory. Solo-founder applications usually get rejected.

How do crew wars work?

Most servers use admin-mediated crew war frameworks. Crews submit a war declaration, admins review the IC justification, and an approved war unlocks specific combat rules. Random shooting outside an approved war is treated as RDM.

Can I roleplay a civilian on a gang RP server?

Yes. Every gang RP server needs civilians, business owners, EMS, and ordinary residents. Civilian characters often get ignored by new players but are critical to the server's overall RP health.
